Lady Forester Nursing Home has an activity coordinator who plans the schedule of activities and residents are able to join in as they wish. Families and friends are always welcome at any of the activities or events provided at the home.

- Seasonally-themed monthly events
- Local community and charity events
- Craft sessions
- Baking
The home also benefits from volunteers from the Lady Forester league of friends. They visit the home reguarly and provide a weekly shopping trolley service. They also help out on activities and provide a link with the local community.
